Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

US shipping only. At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
Shipping Details
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date
- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume surges, or other events outside our control
- If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to our team
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our return policy works hand-in-hand with our 30-Day Free Trial guarantee.
Initiate your return. Email support@silu.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the device securely. Place the device and all included accessories back in the original packaging. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
Ship it back. Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. No need to pay for shipping — it's on us.
Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- The device must be returned with all original accessories, cables, and packaging
- Normal signs of use from following the recommended treatment protocol are acceptable
- Devices that have been intentionally damaged, modified, or disassembled are not eligible
- Proof of purchase may be required
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within the US. You will never pay for return shipping on an order placed through our official store.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or variant, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us immediately at {{ section.settings.email | default: 'support@example.com' }} with photos of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement device at no cost to you within 1–2 business days.
Please report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Include photos of the packaging and the device to expedite your claim.
