The 30-Day Free Trial is available to all first-time customers who purchase directly from our official website. The following conditions apply:

  • The trial period of 30 calendar days begins on the date your order is delivered
  • Only one trial per household or shipping address
  • Available for orders shipped within the United States only

How the Trial Works

Place your order. Your device ships within 1 business day and arrives in 5–8 business days via standard US shipping. Your 30-day window begins on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.

Use the device consistently. Follow our recommended protocol — 10 to 15 minutes per day for the full 30-day period. Consistency is key to seeing structural results.

Evaluate your results. If you are not satisfied with the visible improvement in your jawline contour, skin firmness, or overall device quality, initiate a return within the trial window.

Contact us to return. Email our support team at support@silushape.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Receive your refund. Once we receive the returned device and confirm its condition, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund under the 30-Day Free Trial, the following must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  • The device must be in functional condition — normal signs of use from daily treatment are expected and acceptable
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) may be requested

We expect you to use it. Unlike many trial programs, we don't penalize normal use. We want you to give the device a genuine 30-day test. Returned devices showing expected wear from daily treatment are fully eligible for refund.

What Is Not Covered

The 30-Day Free Trial does not apply in the following scenarios:

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day trial window has elapsed
  • Devices that have been intentionally damaged, disassembled, or modified
  • Orders placed through unauthorized third-party resellers or marketplaces
  • Missing components — the device, charging cable, and original box must all be returned
  • Purchases made using a promotional code that explicitly excludes the trial program

Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers (Amazon third-party, eBay, etc.) are not eligible for our trial guarantee. We can only verify and honor purchases made directly through our official store.

Refund Processing

Once your returned device is received at our facility and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing takes 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned device
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated
  • Original shipping costs are included in the refund — you pay nothing
  • Return shipping is covered by us via a prepaid label provided by our support team

Beyond the Trial — Warranty Coverage

If you choose to keep your device after the 30-day trial period, it is automatically covered by our 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. For warranty claims after the trial period, please contact our support team with your order details.
